Hi I’m Karen. My relationship with my mental health started when I was a teenager but I didn’t realise this until much later in life.
In my 30‘s I hit some dark times which meant also facing into my past as a teenager. Since then my mental health journey has taken me along many different paths.
I’ve struggled personally over the years with stress, depression, anxiety and panic attacks but I’ve also supported family and friends with their own challenges.
At work I’m a Mental Health wellbeing and menopause Advocate and I’ve been a long term wellbeing ambassador in my workplace for colleagues with visible and non visible disabilities.
